The project consisted of the modification of an existing half diamond interchange to a full diamond interchange.  The design was completed for Osceola County and approved through FDOT District 5 and FHWA.  Elements required included roadway design, traffic control plan design, signing and pavement markings, geotechnical investigation, right-of-way mapping, permitting, and construction engineering inspection. 

The Project was completed on schedule and under budget.
