Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Comprehensive Engineering Services, Inc.(CES) was formed in 1997, and provides full service civil engineering, to a wide variety of public and private sector clients.

The development of CES was based upon the collective goals and ideals of several key individuals. The CES management team represents over six decades of engineering experience and is supported by an experienced and capable staff. This experience is very broad and includes, not only the technical aspects of an engineering business, but also the administration and project management knowledge which is necessary for success. The experience and professionalism of the individuals that make up our team are applied to every project in order to ensure excellent quality assurance and quality control.
