The Lake Cane Office Complex is located on 2.2 acres in Orange County, Florida. Comprehensive Engineering Services, Inc. (CES) was responsible for the site planning, final engineering design and permitting of this parcel. Engineering design included site grading,
storm water management system design, signing and pavement marking layout, utility design (potable water main and septic system), regulatory permitting (Orange County and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection [FDEP]) and landscape design.
