Work Summary
CES has recently completed the design and
construction administration services for this subdivision project in Polk
County, Florida. Before completing the engineering
design services for this subdivision, CES
Successfully completed a zoning modification on the subject parcel to allow
short-term rental units within this subdivision.
Design services for this project included a preliminary plat, roadway design,
site grading, utility design (water main, gravity sewer, and lift station),
stormwater design, regulator permitting (Polk County, the Southwest Florida
Water Management District (SWFWMD), and the Florida Department of Environmental
Protection (FDEP)), and landscape design.
Upon completion of the engineering design for
this project, CES
performed construction administration service including the review of shop
drawings, approval of contractor’s invoices, completion of construction
certifications and the preparations and certification of as-built drawings.
