US 1 (Phillips Highway) from SR 9A to Sunbeam Road

This 3.2-mile section of SR 5 / US 1 between SR 9A and Sunbeam Road in Jacksonville is being widened from an existing 4-lane rural section to an 8-lane urban section with closed drainage system.  There are five signalized intersections and modifications will be included at the I-95 interchange.
