Who We Are
Comprehensive Engineering Services, Inc. (CES) was formed in 1997 in Downtown Orlando, Florida and provides full service civil engineering services to a variety of public and private sector clients. The CES team has been involved in countless engineering projects throughout the State of Florida and is recognized for producing high quality, cost-effective engineering solutions. CES employees have extensive experience assisting the Florida Department of Transportation, counties, cities, federal government and private sector clients with their engineering needs.
We have more than tripled in size since the firm was started in 1997 and anticipate this growth trend to continue for the foreseeable future. This expansion has been, and will continue to be through careful staff additions which allows CES to provide enhanced quality and service to clients.

Company Culture
We define our corporate culture as one that provides our employees with a supportive, safe working environment that recognizes individual accomplishment, fosters positive working relationships and allows for personal and professional growth all while providing superior products to our clients. CES strongly encourages continuing education through advanced degrees, certification courses, seminars and subscriptions to technical publications. We also promote continuing education through active participation in professional societies and interactions with other professionals.
CES prides ourselves on the conscientious, hardworking individuals that make up our firm and believe that the knowledge and dedication of these individuals is what allows us to provide “Excellence Through Quality and Innovation” on all services. Over half the firm has worked together for over a decade and most individuals that started their careers with us are still here today. This is a testament to our company’s culture being a success. The growth that CES has had since our inception has been through careful staff additions and by fostering employees with the same values and approach to professionalism that has been the basis for our success and outstanding reputation throughout the years. One of the secrets to our success is that staff is cross trained over multiple disciplines which ensures our clients that we will always have redundancy in qualified available resources and also provides the best professional development environment for the individual.
